HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

            We are pleased to offer the following hotel rates, specially negotiated for ISAM 2007 :

                     Please Note :

• Room rates for all hotels are guaranteed only until  1^st Sept., 2007 after which rooms will be released to the free market and according to availability

• Room rates for all hotels are inclusive of :

  • Buffet breakfast ( not room service )

  • Presently applicable 10 % Sales Tax & 12 % services charge

• Should there be any change in the tax rate before the Conference , the revised rate will be charged

• The check-in and check-out time at hotel is normally 12.00 noon

• A shuttle Bus is available to the Conference venue, from other Hotels 

• One night deposit is required to confirm the Hotel reservation

• Airport transfer is not included in the price: the cost is  € 25 per person per way and must be added to the accommodation fee

                   3.    Cancellation policy to be applied.

       SERVICE TAXES:
              Are applicable to hotel accommodation, transportation and tours (on the total invoice amount ) and

              included in all rates .
              The services charge is now 12% , sales tax is 10% and government tax is 2% . In case of any

              increase of taxes by government ,it will be applied.

       CANCELLATION POLICY:
             All cancellations must be received in writing and will be subject to the following conditions.

             - For cancellations received before September 1, 2007 , 50% of registration fees will be refund

             - For later cancellations, no refun possible.
